How to Keep Yourself Mentally Fit

Mental health includes emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It is equally important just like our physical health. To keep ourselves mentally fit is a challenge in today’s fast running world. These are some tips on how to live a mentally fit life

  1. Learn to express feelings and emotions.
  2. Schedule downtime.
  3. Recognize energy patterns and schedule work accordingly
