Sexual problems refer to the problem which prevents the couple to feel the complete satisfaction of the sexual desire. This problem is common. Sexual dysfunction occurs in the phase of the sexual response cycle which became the reason for the prevention of the single or a couple to experience satisfaction from the sexual activity.

Sexual dysfunction is of many types:

  • Disorders in desires.
  • Disorders in the arousing feeling.
  • Orgasm disorders.
  • Pain disorders.

Though, this issue is common in people who are over the age of 40. But sometimes it can affect the person at a younger age also.

The sexual problem can cause by different reasons. If one person has high-sex-urge and the other one does not have, then also it leads to stress to the other person. Sometimes, it may cause some inability and disease in males or females.

There are many symptoms indicate to the sexual dysfunction, which may differ from male to female, such as,

In Males:

  • Erectile dysfunction.
  • Absent, delayed ejaculation.
  • Premature ejaculation.

In Females:

  • Inability to achieve orgasm.
  • Inadequate vaginal lubrication before and during intercourse
  • Inability to relax the vaginal muscles enough to allow intercourse.
  • Very high sexual need.

Both males and females can also share the same issues such as the low desire of sex, pain during intercourse and inability to become aroused.

Generally, sexual dysfunction occurs because of the hectic life of the people, the stress, anxiety, over-concerned about the sex-related performances. Physical factors such as, diabetes, high blood pressure, neurological issues, hormonal imbalances, chronic diseases also affect the sexual functioning of the person, which needs a consultancy of sexologists to fix the problem and help to get your sex life back to normal.
